At LUSSO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
